We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and our greatest asset in this quest is you, the customer.  I would like to personally invite you to the second of our series of ViaTalk customer feedback forum chats, this Tuesday, April 14th, at 4:00 PM EST.

In these monthly chats, we give you the customer direct contact with our upper management and development team to help mold the service into exactly what you are looking for in a communications provider. Viatalk is on Twitter

Everyone currently using Twitter look out!  Viatalk now has its own Twitter feed.  We plan on using it in many different ways.

We will tweet about events that go on around the office like the current Hostrocket vs. Viatalk Fit Club Contest.

We will tweet about new features or promotions that are up and coming for customers of Viatalk.

We will be having contests that are exclusively Twitter based.  Like the one we just started.  Enter before April 9th and you could win a free month of Viatalk Phone Service.
