About ViaTalk Virtual Phone Number
A Virtual Phone Number allows you to have an additional phone number in a different area code that rings to the same line as your main number. This is great for allowing someone across the country to call you 'locally' so they incur no long distance charges. The Call Logs for Virtual Numbers are separate from your main line allowing you to see who is calling your Virtual Number. ViaTalk even gives you the option of choosing a Distinctive Ring for your Virtual Numbers, so you know just which number the caller dialed!
To Configure & Use Virtual Phone Number:
- Call 1-866-626-7150 to order a Virtual Phone Number or simply select the check box for Virtual Number on the sign up page when you order ViaTalk service.
